Celebrating Fall

To celebrate this beautiful (and brief) season, we have been spending a lot of time playing outside and dressing up.
Some of our fun included:
-The kids and I went pumpkin perusing at a local church pumpkin patch. JG thought some of the funny looking gourds looked like ducks and kept making the quack.
-a pumpkin carving party
After feeling the pumpkin guts, JG said "It's ooey-gooey!"
-JG decorating fall cupcakes with sprinkles and candy corns
-our churches fall fun fest (no pics yet, mom still has them)
-a quick trip to the Arboretum
-trick-or-treating with Mimi, Aunt Tay-Tay, and Nana and Poppy
JG loved trick-or-treating. He would say "trick-or-treat" and "thank you" at every house. After getting his candy, he'd start running down the street saying "Next one" over and over again.

Overall, we've had lots of fun.
