Back to School

This morning JG headed back to school. He met his teacher yesterday and seemed excited but a little nervous. He was also very concerned that the play kitchen in his classroom didn't have any play food in it. I told him that I'm pretty sure it would be well stocked today. After getting his name tag and putting his bag away this morning, he ran straight to the kitchen and with a beaming smile hollered to me that there was food today.

Before school we ran into his best friend from last year and they hugged hello. Cailyn and JG aren't in the same class this year but I'm sure they'll see each other on the playground. I bet he's having a great day. Ava and I enjoyed some shopping and cake baking before her nap. It seems so simple just having 1 to take care of :)
