Hand Sanitizer Poisoning?

I got a forward today from a friend about the dangers of using hand sanitizers with kids. It talked about kids getting alcohol poisoning from just licking a little sanitizer off their hands. Most of these type of forwards are scams, but Jesse checked it and told me it's valid.
